Moondarra Honey, pistachio and Mediterranean lamb dip
Serves 4 as an entrée
360g Moondarra Honey pistachio cream cheese, softened
250g lamb mince
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander seeds
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 purple onion, finely sliced
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1/3cup pistachios, roughly chopped
¼ cup greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
storebought wholemeal flatbread, torn
METHODHeat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add mince, garlic, onion and dried spices, cook for a few minutes until meat is browned, onions are softened and spices are fragrant, remove from heat.
Whisk cheese in a bowl place in a serving bowl and top with warm lamb mince, drizzle of honey, yoghurt, pistachio , lemon wedges and flat bread.
