We receive fresh raw milk and cream daily which we locally source from Gippsland's renowned dairy region. At our SQF-accredited facility in Dandenong South, we produce our cream cheese from scratch with our Quality Assurance Program monitoring every step. Accreditations include the globally recognised GFSI (SQF) and the local Dairy Food Safety Program.
