Neufchatel Cream Cheese 86.92% (Pasteurised Milk, Cream (Milk) Salt, Vegetable Gums (410, 412), Cultures (Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. Cremoris) (Milk), Honey (9%), Pistachio (4%), Preservative (200) 0.08%.

 

Sourdough Crackers:

Wheat Flour (68.5%), Rye Flour (16%), Sourdough Culture (5%) (Wheat Flour, Malted Wheat Flour, Water, Starter Culture), Butter (4%)(Cream (Milk), Salt), Sugar(4%), Salt (2.5%).
